Introduction and History in Brief
The beautiful and well believed temple is dedicated to Bhagwan Shiva, Maa Durga and Baba Dhandhyam,famous for the Shiva Lingam situated in the temple premises.
The temple was established in 1998 which is now surrounded by residential houses The grand and spacious, marble floored temple is spread on 3 floors- Ground and 2 floors. In the ground floor there are idols of God Ganesha, Laxmi Narayana and a huge Shivlinga- the tallest I have ever seen- upto first floor. An artificial cave is also there wherein idols of God Shiva, Goddess Durga, Kali are established. To reach other floors there are stairs. On first floor one can have darshan of top of the Shivlinga and a huge idol of God Nandi. There are idols of Ramdarbar, Shiv-Parwati and God Kartikeya. From 1st floor stairs go to 2nd floor. On this floor one can have darshan of God Radha-Krishna. Out side the main temple, there is also a separate Navgrah temple on the first floor wherein all the nine God Grah are established along with God Shani. Whole atmosphere is seren full of plants and trees in the lawns. At the entry of the temple there is ashor rack to keep the shoes. A board is placed to display weekly program in the temple.
The temple is not accessible for wheelchair users. Drinking water is available. Cleanliness is maintained inside the temple. Few shops for buying Prasad and flowers etc are available outside. A must place to visit in Faridabad for religious minded person.
