Introduction and History
It is a temple with the idol of Devi Durga as Idiyakodu.
Temple is belongs to the old 80s Era so thqt devotees and visistors can see old and beautiful Architecturual beauty. THE MAIN FESTIVAL IS IN FEBRUARY for sven days with kuthiyottum, thalappoli. procession and other temple art programmes.
A temple with the idol of Durga devi.Opens monday to Sunday, specially crowded on tuesday and friday evenings, on full moon days and on the first day of malayalam months.There is no rush and it is never overcrowded.Its actually a good place to have some peace of mind.
There are most of the devotees statues are here in temple premises like Ramji Sita Maa, Hajumaji , Laxman Ji, Lord Vishnu ,Lord Shiva etc..
Although the temple is situated in the holy place and surrounded with the greenery the calm atmosphere.

Evening – 4.00 to 8.00 .
Alll days in week but the timings can be deffer on the festival days!
The months between September to January are the best to visit Mandir due to salubrious weather of the place. In Summers, it gets quite cold making it a bit inconvenient to travel.

Ayilya Pooja — Milk, flowers etc. offered to serpent god and special rites. Monthly Pooja in Ayilyam day except in the months of Mithunam and Karkidakom.
Ayilyolsavam — Nagaroottu and Sarpabali in the month of Thulam
Ramayana Parayanam and Bhagavathi Seva — All days of Karkidakom (evening).
Vavu Bali — In the month of Karkidakom.

By Air:
