The priests of the temple who are from Kerala do lovely alangaram/decoration of the deities. The other deities in the temple are Lord Ganesha, Lord Ayyappa, Lord Hanuman and Goddess Durga. All the deities are made of black stone and the environment boasts of Kerala traditions and heritage. The roof of the temple has a gopuram and is made in typical Kerala style. The flooring is made from black stones that give a very earthy feel to the devotees. Overall, the place is very calm, quiet and just sitting there for sometime will give you complete peace of mind. If you happen to go during the aarti time, you can experience the dhol music of Kerala which is very distinct and unlike the Punjabi or Bengali dhol/dhaak. So, if you want to experience Kerala in Bengal, this is the place to be. Do check the temple timings before visiting.
